Yuko: The weather’s just been terrible today. If it’s like this tomorrow, will you still go hiking?
Bill: Definitely. Even if it snowed tomorrow, I’d still go!
Yuko: Wow – you’re pretty keen! I’m not sure if I’ll go tomorrow even if it’s only like this!
Bill: Oh come on! A bit of rain isn’t a problem!
Yuko: But last time I went hiking in the rain, I caught a cold.
Bill: But your coat wasn’t waterproof! – I remember that!
Yuko: That’s true.
Bill: Look, if I lend you my spare coat, will you come then?
Yuko: OK – you’ve got yourself a hiking partner!

このIfは接続詞で、「もし〜ならば」の意味。"If 〜not" で「もし〜でなければ」

この"If"は仮定法です。この文では、未来に関して起こり得ないことを話しています。通常は"should+動詞原形"で、「万一〜ならば、〜だろう」という意味になります。
ex) Even if it should snow tomorrow, I'd sill go.
（もし万が一明日雪がふっても行くよ）
If Ｉ should become a president tommorrow, the world would be better.
（もし明日私が大統領になったら、世界は良くなるだろう）

keenはこの場合「熱心」や「夢中」という意味。
ex) He was a keen student.
（彼はまじめな生徒だった）

（彼女に夢中だって言うことはわかっているんだぞ）
I'm not sure if I'll go tomorrow, even if it's only like this!
この"if I'll go tomorrow"は「〜かどうか」という接続詞であって仮定法ではありません。
ex) I'm not sure...
（〜かどうか確かではない）

直訳すれば、「あなたはハイキングパートナーを得た」となります。転じて 「私があなたのパートナーになってあげるわ」くらいの意味になります。
ex) A: I'll promise that I'll be there on time.
B: Can you really promise? Are you sure?
A: Don't worry.You've got my word!
（A: 時間どおりに必ず行くよ）
（B: 約束できる？ホントに？）
（A: 心配しなさんなって。絶対に遅れないから）
