Rosie: Oh, Greg, hi. What can I do for you?
Greg: Well I hate to ask you this, but I have to go out of town for a few days and I was wondering if you could possibly take care of my dog?
Rosie: That would be just fine. George is also away on business for a few days, so it would be nice to have a bit of company around the house.
Greg: That’s great. Listen, I really appreciate your doing this, Rosie. If it’s all right, I bring him around tonight at about 8 o’clock. My flight leaves really early in the morning.
Rosie: No problem.
Greg: I’ll bring all the necessary things as well. Oh by the way, I usually walk him twice a day: once in the morning and once after work.
Rosie: I’ll be sure to do that.
Greg: Well, thanks again, Rosie.
Rosie: Don’t mention it.

「その間ウチの犬の世話をしてもらえないかなあ、と思って」
"be wondering"の基本的な意味合いは「〜かなと思う」。直後に"if, what, how, whether, who, why"が続きます。
ex: I wonder why most secretaries are women?
（どうしてほとんどの秘書は女性なんだろう？）
it would be nice to have a bit of company around the house.
「家にちょっとした遊び相手がいてくれるのはうれしいわ」
"company"には「友達、仲間、連れ」などの意味があります。"keep company with"で「〜と同棲する、付き合う」。
ex: A man is known by the company he keeps.（諺）
（人はその交わる友によってどういう人間なのか分かる）

「必要なものもぜんぶ持ってくるよ」
"as well"は、「しかも、その上」。ただ単に"too"としても同じです。
I usually walk him twice a day
「ぼくはだいたい一日2回散歩させてるんだ」
このように"walk"には他動詞で「（犬）を散歩させる」という意味があります。「（人）を歩いて送る」というときにも、"walk someone somewhere"という形で使われます。
ex: He asked me to walk him to that room.
（彼にあの部屋まで一緒に歩いて欲しいと頼まれた）
