Nathan: Hey Jocelyn, let me help you with that.
Jocelyn: Thanks Nathan, you’re an angel.
Nathan: Is this the food for the barbecue tonight?
Jocelyn: Yeah, I hope this is going to be enough to feed twenty.
Nathan: I thought that Ash was going to help you do the shopping.
Jocelyn: So did I, but he left me high and dry. Some friend of his is having car trouble, so he’s gone over to see if he can fix it, and left me to make all the preparations for tonight on my own!
Nathan: That’s a bit thoughtless of him. I’m free for the rest of the day. What say I give you a hand?
Jocelyn: Really? Thanks Nathan, you’re a star!

"feed" は動詞で「食べ物を与える」ということ。目的語には、与える相手（この場合は"twenty (people)"となります）。その他"feed"には「情報を与える」という意味もあります。

「アッシュがキミの買い物を手伝うんだと思ってたけど」
"help + 目的語 + (to) do"という形で、「〜が〜するのを手伝う」。"help"は目的語に to不定詞を置く場合、toを省くことができ、"help do"のように一見動詞が2つ重なっているように見えことがあります。ちなみに、一般的には"to"を省き動詞の原形を置く形が多く使われます。
ex: Low-interest loans are available to help you make ends meet.
（低金利融資をご用意し、あなたの家計を助けます）
but he left me high and dry.
「でも、あたし置いて勝手にでかけちゃったのよ」
"leave someone high and dry"という形で、「困難な状況に置き去りにされる」といった意味。"high and dry（高くて乾燥したところ）"に残される、というイメージ。インフォーマルな表現です。
ex: The police took my friend off to jail and I was left high and dry with no car and very little money.
（警察が友達を刑務所に連れて行き、私は車もお金もない状態に置き去りにされた）

「手伝うよ」
"What say 〜?"は「〜はどう思う？、〜しませんか？」という意味で、人を誘うときに使います。同意の表現として"What about 〜?"、"What do you say 〜?"、"Why don't you 〜?"などがあります。
ex: What say we grab a bite to eat?
