Georgia calls her husband Nick at work with some bad news.
N: Hi, Georgia. What’s up?
G: We’ve been broken into, Nick. I just got home and the place
looks like a bomb’s hit it!
N: Oh my God! Did you call the police?
G: Yeah, they’re on their way over now.
N: Don’t touch anything until they get there! Is anything missing?
G: They’ve taken the TV and video, and our new stereo is missing too.
All the drawers have been pulled out and everything has been
tipped out of them. Oh Nick, it’s awful. Oh, thank God! The
police have just arrived.
N: Good. I’ll have a word with the boss now and I’ll get over
there as fast as I can.
G: OK. See you soon, then.

「強盗に入られたのよ、ニック」
"have one's house broken into"という形で、「強盗に入られる」。「強盗」という意味の名詞では"break-ins","burglary"などさまざまありますが、強盗の仕方によって和英辞典などで確認しましょう。
ex: The building was broken into and extensive amounts of animals were stolen.

「たったいま帰ってきたら、爆撃されたみたいになってたの」
"bomb's hit it!"は、文字通り「爆弾が直撃する」。ここでは例えとして「爆弾が直撃したみたいにひっちゃかめっちゃかになっている」という意味で使われています。

「いま向かってるところ」
"on one's way (to 〜)"で、「（〜に）向かう途中」という意味。
"halfway to 〜", "on the way to 〜"という言い方もあります。
ex: I'm on my way to Toronto.
（トロントに行く途中なんだ）

「上司と話す」
"have a word with 〜"で、「〜と少し話す、言葉を交わす」という意味。ここでは単に"talk to"としても同じ意味になります。
ex: May I have a word with you? You're disgusting!
（ちょっといいですか？ あんたサイアクだよ！）
