on the 14th and returning on the 21st.

H: Uh, just regular economy will be fine.

A: Well, we are now introducing a few sub divisions to our hospitality
service. We have Jet Set, Relax, Comfort, and Thrift.

H: What does that mean exactly?

A: Each subdivision indicates a seating area on the plane. Jet Set is
at the front of hospitality and Thrift is at the back. The prices
vary accordingly with seats towards the front being more expensive
than those towards the back.

H: I see.

A: So which should I put you down for?

H: I guess I’ll take something around the middle.

A: Alright. We have a Relax seat for $500 in row 17, or we have a
Comfort seat for $450 in row 24.

H: It doesn’t really matter. I’ll just go with the cheaper one.

A: Okay. Window or aisle?

H: Aisle, please.

A: Aisle seat…Let me just confirm your reservation. You have a Comfort
ticket for an aisle seat in row 24. You’ll be leaving on Air Canada
flight 601 to Los Angeles on the 14th and returning on flight 602 on
the 20th. Is that all for today, sir?

H: Yes. That’s everything.
