M: Jeff, here are names of the people who wanted to set up a meeting
to talk with you…This one here, Humber Ltd., sounded especially
interested.
J: That’s great. Thank you…How’s everything coming along?
M: Just fine.
J: No one giving you too much trouble I hope?
M: A couple of nasty remarks and a few hang-ups, but that’s to be
expected.
J: Oh, by the way. Were you able to get that top 1000 small and
mid-cap businesses list from the Chamber of Commerce?
M: Yeah. I got it yesterday. I still have to finish up with the old
list, but I should be getting to that one by Friday.
J: Great. Let me know how it goes.
M: Will do.

Jeff, here are names of the people who wanted to set up a meeting to talk with you…
「ジェフ、ここにあるのが投資について君とミーティングで話がしたい人達の名前ですよ・・・」
“set up a meeting" で、「ミーティングを設定・準備する、日取りを決める、会議の段取りをする」という意味のイディオムです。
Ex. Can we set up a meeting for four o'clock?

How's everything coming along?
「今のところどんな感じ？」
“How's everything" は、「調子はどう？順調？元気にやってる？」という意味で、後ろに "come along" 「仕事などが進む」が付いて、「仕事の進み具合はどう？」という意味合いを含む表現になります。
Ex. Everything is coming along fine.
（全てが順調です。）
A couple of nasty remarks and a few hang-ups, but that's to be expected.
「いくつかの意地悪い発言や2、3回電話が切られたことがありますけど、それはいつもの事ですからね。」
“to be expected"は、「予想される、いつものように、思ったとおり」の意味で、ライブドアのＨ社長がよく使っていた「想定の範囲内です」の表現にもなります。その他、to be advised「追って通知する」、to be prepared「準備中」、to be described「後述の」、to be determined「未定」、to be informed「後ほど連絡」は、仕事などでもよく使われるので、覚えておくと便利でしょう。
Ex. Some opposition is to be expected.

I still have to finish up with the old list, but I should be getting to that one by Friday.
「前の古いリストがまだ終わっていないですけど、商工会議所からのリストは、金曜日までに取りかかれると思います。」
“finish up with〜" で、ここでは、「〜でしめくくる、〜で終わりにする」という意味のイディオムになります。また、「食事などを平らげる」の意味もあり、食後のしめくくりになるデザートやコーヒーなどを表す時にも使います。
Ex. I want to finish up this work by the end of the month.
（月末までこの仕事を仕上げたいです。）
