Pat is telling her friend James about a guy who's been bothering her.
J: Hey Pat, how’s it going?
P: I’m so ticked off! That new guy who just moved in down the hall
is really driving me up the wall.
J: What’s his problem?
P: Well, he’s been playing loud music ever since he arrived, so the
other people on my floor and I got together and decided we should
go and have a talk to him about it.
J: And that didn’t solve the problem?
P: Far from it. He’s been even worse in the last couple of days.
He still cranks up his stereo full-bore, and now he’s taken to
insulting us whenever we pass him.
J: If I were you I’d tell him where to get off.
P: I do, but it doesn’t make any difference. He’s the neighbour
from hell.
J: Well, why don’t you call the police then? They can send over
the noise control officers.
P: Yeah, we might just have to do that, before we all go mad.

「すっごくイライラしてるよ！」
“tick off" は「〜に印をつける、スラスラ言う、(人)をしかる、列挙する」など、いろいろな意味があるが、ここでは「〜を怒らせる、(人)をイライラさせる」という意味になる。
Ex. My English teacher really ticks me off!
（僕の英語の先生はすごいイライラさせるんだ！）
That new guy who just moved in down the hall is really driving me up the wall.
「最近この廊下の先に引っ越してきた人にキレそうだわ。」
“drive someone up the wall" で「激怒させる、うんざりさせる」という意味のイディオム。また、「追いつめる」という意味にもなります。このイディオムに似たもので“drive someone nuts"「気を狂わせる、怒らせる」という表現もよく使われるので、あわせて覚えておくと便利でしょう。
Ex. That noise is driving me up the wall!

「俺だったら、その人に身の程を教えてやるね。」
“tell someone where to get off" は「（人）に身の程を教えてやる、(人)に怒鳴りつける、余計なお世話だと言い返す」という意味。“tell someone where to head in" で表現することもある。
Ex. He was such a pain that I told him where to get off.
（彼にあまりにもうんざりして、身の程を教えてやった。）
Yeah, we might just have to do that, before we all go mad.
「そうだね、私たちがおかしくなる前に通報した方がいいかも。」
“go mad" で「発狂する、気がおかしくなる」という意味。“go mad with jealousy" 「嫉妬に狂う」、“go mad thinking about the if onlys"「ああしていればと考え込み、気が狂いそうになる」という使い方もあるので、覚えておきましょう。
Ex. She was mad with jealousy when she saw her best friend with her ex-boyfriend.
