change rooms?

C: What’s the problem, sir?

E: Well, I just tried to brush my teeth, but there’s no running
water, cold or hot.

C: Oh, I’m very sorry. What’s your room number?

E: 306. My name’s Eddie McLean.

C: Well, if you’ll just wait a moment, Mr McLean, I’ll see if
there’s another room available for you.

E: Thank you.

C: Yes, it looks like we have a room vacant on the 12th floor.
It’s a corner room with a lovely view of the harbour.

E: That sounds great. I’ll take it.

C: Great. Here’s your new key. You’re in room 1218. I’ll send
someone up to your room in a few minutes to move your bags.

E: Thanks for your help.

C: Don’t mention it. And once again, we’re very sorry for the
inconvenience.
