What time do you call this?

「いったい何時だと思っているんだ？」
ここでの “what time do you call this?" は、皮肉っぽく「これ何時？
何時だと思っているんだ？」という表現。“What time do you think it
is?" とほぼ同じです。

Look lively!

「さあ、早く動いて！」
通常命令文で、「きびきび動け！ てきぱき働け！ 急げ！ 敏速に元気
よく動く」という意味。Look の代わりにStepを用いてもOK。
Ex. Look lively! We don't have much time!
（早く動いて！あまり時間ないよ！）

I told you yesterday, mum's decided on the spur of the moment to come and visit for the weekend.

「昨日言ったでしょ、お母さんが今週末突然来ることになったのよ。」
“spur of the moment" は、「出来心で、衝動的に、時のはずみで、
即座に、突然」という意味のイディオム。Spur は、「拍車、刺激」と
いう意味。
Ex. They decided to go to France on the spur of the moment.
（彼らは、突然フランスに行くことにした。）

Go and make me a really strong cup of coffee.

「僕にすごく濃いコーヒー作って。」
Coffee には、味によっていろいろな表現がある。ここでのstrong
coffee は,「濃いコーヒー」。その他の表現として、"bitter coffee"
「苦いコーヒー」、“weak (watery) coffee"「薄いコーヒー（アメリ
　 カン）」、"mild coffee"「口当たりの穏やかなコーヒー」“sweetened
coffee"「甘いコーヒー」、“sugar-free coffee"「無糖コーヒー」、
“decaf coffee"「カフェイン抜きのコーヒー」、“fresh coffee"
「入れたてのコーヒー」、“aromatic coffee"「香りのよいコーヒー」
などがある。
Ex. I can only drink weak coffee.
（私は、薄いコーヒーしか飲めない。）
