Maria is at a florist, looking for some flowers for her parents' wedding anniversary.

Florist: May I help you, ma’am?
Maria: Yes, I’d like to order a bouquet for my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary.
Florist: The 30th anniversary! Congratulations! Are there any particular flowers you have in mind?
Maria: Not particularly, but since it’s going to be their silver wedding anniversary, I want a kind of silvery color.
Florist: I see. And what price range are you thinking of?
Maria: Between $50 and $70.
Florist: And when do you need the flowers?
Maria: Next Sunday.
Florist: OK. We’ll have our eyes wide open for nice silvery and white flowers, but unfortunately we can’t tell you at this stage exactly what kinds of flowers we’ll get. It all depends on what is available on the market.
Maria: I understand. Will it be all right to come and pick the bouquet up around 3 p.m. on Sunday?

何気ないフレーズですが、覚えておくと便利。
I want a kind of silvery color.
(銀色っぽい色めがいいです。)
色の単語の終わりにy/ishをつけると「〜色っぽい」という意味になります。どんな色にも使えます。ishは時間を言う場合にも使えますね。
Ex) I'll be back at 6-ish.
(6時ごろ戻ります。注:シックシッシュと読みます。)
What price range are you thinking of?
(ご予算はおいくらぐらいを考えていらっしゃいますか。)
他にもWhat's your price range?やHow much did you want to spend (on the flowers)?などがあります。いわゆる「予算」という言葉であるbudgetはこういう文脈ではあまり使いません。

(シルバー調の花と白いものでいいものがないかどうか気をつけておきます。)
have one's eyes wide openは「目を見張って(注意しておく)」という意味。目をクワッと見開く感じなので、わかりやすいですね。
