What's this party all about on Saturday then?

"all about"は「〜に関するすべて」という意味。
ex) What's that all about?
（あれは一体何のこと？）

自分の発言を相手に確認する時などに、文の最後に"〜、right?"を付けます。

When did they get together again?

この場合の "get together" は「集まる、寄り合う；会う」という意味になります。
ex) get together for Christmas
（クリスマスに集まる）
When will we get together?
（いつ集まろうか？）

I think it's more like 5 now.

この文の "like"には「〜みたいな、〜という感じの」というニュアンスがあります。これは、自分の発言にちょっと自信がないときになどに使います。

ex) A: How was he at the party?

この場合の "make"は、口語で「都合をつける」という意味になります。
