Counter: Any hand luggage at all?
Hiroko: Just this one bag here.
Counter: Did you pack all the bags yourself?
Hiroko: Yes.
Counter: Has anyone given you anything to take onboard with you?
Hiroko: No.
Counter: Ok. Would you like an aisle or window seat madam?
Hiroko: Hmm … window please.
Counter: Ok, thank you. Here is your boarding card. Your gate number is 26, and the flight will start boarding at 10:30. Have a nice flight madam.

"just"は「ちょうど、正確な、適切な」などの意味がありますが、この場合は「ほんの、〜だけ」という意味で使われています。
ex) just a little（ほんの少し）

"luggage"は集合的な意味で「旅行かばん」なので、複数のバックを表現する場合は"two pieces of luggage"となります。"hand luggage"は「（機内に持ち込む）手荷物」で、アメリカでは同じ意味で "baggage"の方がよく使われます。

"pack"は「ものを詰める；荷造りする」という意味。この質問と下の"Has anyone give 〜"はチェックインカウンターで搭乗券を発行してもらうとき、保安のために必ず聞かれます。

"take 〜 on board"で「〜を機内に持ち込む」という意味になります。また、動詞の"board"は船、列車、飛行機、バスなどに「乗り込む」という意味で使われます。
