Sandra: Have you moved to your new apartment yet?
Yuki: Yeah, I moved last Saturday.
Sandra: Great! How is it?
Yuki: Lovely! I’ve got to do a bit of work on the bedroom still though. I’ll be really happy when that’s all finished.
Sandra: Have you met any of your neighbors yet?
Yuki: I’ve met the lady to the left of me. She was really nice. She said she’d show me around the area if I wanted.
Sandra: That’s really nice.
Yuki: Yeah. Why don’t you come over this weekend to see it?
Sandra: I’d love to! Sunday’s better for me.
Yuki: Great! Let’s do that then.

そのまま使える便利なフレーズを覚えましょう。
I've got to do a bit of work on the bedroom still though.
"have got (＋to do)"で「〜しなければならない」という意味。同じ意味で"have to"がありますが"have got to"の方が強調的です。"though"は文尾または文中において口語で「でも、〜にかかわらず」の意。
ex) You've got to eat more vegetable.
（もっと野菜を食べなきゃいけないよ）
The work was hard I enjoyed it though.
（仕事はきつかったが楽しかった）
Have you met any of your neighbors yet?
"have + 過去分詞"で「完了・結果・経験・継続」などの意味を表す。
ex) Have you finished your homework yet?
（宿題は終わったの？）
Why don't you come over this weekend to see it?
"Why don't you〜?"は口語で「（提案・勧誘などに用いて） 〜してはどうですか、〜しませんか」の意味。親しい間柄で用いて、目上の人には用いません。また、"come over"は「立ち寄る、ぶらりとやって来る」の意味です。
