Tim: (Coughs)
Stella: That’s a nasty cough you have there, Tim. Still not over your flu yet?
Tim: No. I can’t seem to shake the damn thing. I’ve been under the weather all week.
Stella: Do you have a fever?
Tim: No, that went down a couple of days ago. But I still have a runny nose and I can’t get rid of this cough.
Stella: It sounds like you need some more bed rest, Tim.
Tim: But I can’t take any more time off.
Stella: Why?
Tim: Well, I gave it to everyone else in the office. They’ve all called in sick today, so I have to man the decks!

"get over"は、回復するという意味。 他に"recover from"、"shake off" という言い方もあります。
ex) He hasn't gotten over the shock yet.

ここでの"shake"は、"get over"とほぼ同じ意味です。
I've been under the weather all week.
"under the weather"は、「具合いが悪い」という意味です。他に、"ill"、"unwell"、"below par"、"off colour"、"run down" などの表現もあります。なお、反意語として、 "healthy" "in good form" "fighting fit"
"in good health" などがあります。
I gave it to everyone else in the office
"give (an illness) to 〜" は、「(病気)が移る」という意味。"infect"、"pass on"、"transmit" という言い方もあります。
ex) I gave him my cold.
(私の風邪は彼に移った)
They've all called in sick today, so I have to man the decks!
"call in sick"は、「病気で休む」という意味です。また、"man the decks"は、経営する、仕事をするという意味。"man the phones" （電話当番として働く）というフレーズもあります。
