"Give us a kiss"の超くだけた表現です。

「キスしたいなら他の女を探して！」
"chick"は「若い女性」を意味する俗語。かなりドギツイ言葉なので、実際に使うときには注意しましょう。"slobber over"は「ベタベタかわいがる」。
pucker up!
「チューっで！」
"pucker up (one's lips)(one's mouth)"で「口をすぼめる」という意味になります。このダイアログでは「キスするために口をすぼめよ」というニュアンス。

ニュアンスとしては"Just enjoy!"、"Just relax!"といった感じ。

"that's no excuse for 〜"で「それが〜する言い訳にはならない」。"grope"は「女性の（イヤらしく）体を触る」。

"Let's get drunk together!"と言い換えることもできます。つまり"sloshed"は「酔っ払った」という意味。イギリス英語の表現です。
