Angela is talking to her friend Ben about the speech he is supposed to be writing for their friends' wedding.

Angela is talking to her friend Ben about the speech he is supposed to be writing for their friends' wedding.
Angela: How’s that speech for Harry and Monica’s wedding going, Ben? Do you have it done yet?
Ben: No, I just can’t seem to get it under way. I’m racking my brains trying to think of things to say, but I can’t seem to strike the right tone.
Angela: But surely there are tons of things you could talk about. You and Harry go back years!
Ben: Yeah, but I’m no public speaker. I’ve never spoken in front of people before, let alone do a best man’s speech. I’m gonna be a total wreck on the day!
Angela: Well, do you want me to give you a hand? Remember, I was in the debating club at school, so I’m a dab hand at writing good speeches!
Ben: Thanks Angela. I’m really feeling the heat on this one. Harry and I have been mates since we were knee high, so I really want this speech to go off with a bang!
Angela: No worries. Just leave it to me!

"rack one's brains"は、「一生懸命考える」という意味。"think very hard," と言い換えることもできます。

「君とハリーの付き合いがかなり長いでしょう!」
"go back years"は、付き合いが長いという意味。"go back a long way" とも言えます。
ex: His association with this company goes back years.

「当日はすごい緊張するよ」
"wreck"は「車や船などの破損」という意味ですが、人に対して用いると、「精神的に病んでいる人」となります。ここでは、"nervous wreck （心配、緊張している人）というニュアンス。

「だからスピーチを書くのが得意なのよ」
"a dab hand"は、イギリス英語で「名人、達人」という意味。
ex: He's a dab hand at cooking.
（彼は料理の名人だ）
I'm really feeling the heat on this one.
「これでかなりプレッシャーを感じてるよ」
この場合の"heat"は「プレッシャー」という意味。"feel the heat"で「プレッシャーを感じる」となります。
ex: With all these exams coming up, I'm really feeling the heat.
（これから試験がいっぱいあって、プレッシャーを感じてる）

「俺とハリーは幼児のときから友だちだった」
"knee high"は、「ひざの高さ」から転じて「小さい子供」という意味。
