Nancy is talking to her room mate Tom about his ex-girlfriend Leah.
Nancy: How was your evening, Tom? Did you have a good night out with Leah?
Tom: How do you know I saw Leah this evening?
Nancy: Oh, a little bird told me. What’s going on there? I don’t think she was in the picture anymore. Have you two re-ignited the candle or something?
Tom: No, we’re not together. She called the other day saying she wanted us to stay friends, and invited me out for a bite to eat.
Nancy: Oh, so cupid hasn’t struck again, then?
Tom: No! Stop jumping to conclusions!
Nancy: Well, I can’t help it. My sources tell me you made a very cosy couple at the restaurant, so word is that the two of you are back on again.
Tom: And who exactly are these “sources” of yours?
Nancy: Now that would be telling, wouldn’t it?

Oh, a little bird told me.
「うわさで聞いたのよ」
"a little bird told me"は、「うわさで聞いた」という意味。話した人を隠したいときに"a little bird told me that..."などという形で使います。同様の表現として"I heard it through the grapevine," "I heard a rumour," "I heard it through the rumour mill" など。
ex: A little bird told me that she's getting married.
（彼女が結婚するといううわさを聞いたよ）
I don't think she was in the picture anymore.
「彼女とはもう縁を切ったかと思ったわ」
"in the picture"は「（話していることの）場面、状況に関わっている」ということ。反対の意味では、"out of the picture"と言います。
ex: He broke up with Ginny last year, and now there's a new girl in the picture.
（彼は去年ジニーと別れて、いま新しい恋人と付き合っているよ）
Have you two re-ignited the candle or something?
「また復活したとか？」
"ignite the candle"は「ろうそくに火をつける」ですが、ここでは恋のたとえ話として使われています。ちなみに「再び」を表す接頭辞"re"がついて、「再び恋をする」となります。
Oh, so cupid hasn't struck again, then?
「またキューピッドの矢が当たったというわけじゃないんだ」
"struck by cupid's arrow"は、「キューピッドの矢に当たられた」、「恋に落ちた」というロマンチックな表現。
Stop jumping to conclusions!
「勝手に決め込むのはやめてくれよ!」
"jump to conclusions (jump to a conclusion)"は、「勝手に決め込む、（あまり考えずに）結論を急ぐ」という意味。"come to conclusions"だと、「結論に至る」となります。
