Bill: Wow, it’s April already. Time flies, huh?
Cathy: No kidding. I don’t know where the year has gone.
Bill: Hey, it’s your birthday next week, isn’t it? You finally gonnna turn the big 3-0!
Cathy: Don’t remind me! I’m not looking forward to it at all. You know how depressing it’s going to be to not be able to say I’m in my twenties any more?
Bill: It’s not that bad! Everyone I know says once they turned 30, things really started to look up for them.
Cathy: That doesn’t make me feel any better.
Bill: What are you going to do to celebrate?
Cathy: I think I’ll keep it low key this year. I’m not really in the mood to celebrate right now.

Time flies, huh?
「アッという間だね」
"Time flies"は、みなさんご存知、「時間が経つのは早い」→「光陰矢のごとし」という決まり文句です。
ex: Time flies when you're having fun.
(楽しんでいるtokiは、時間が経つのが早いわよネ）
No kidding.
「ホントそう」
"No kidding"は、「本当だ」という意味。相手に賛同するときによく使います。"you can say that again," "that's for sure" と言ってもほぼおなじ意味になります。
Everyone I know says once they turned 30, things really started to look up for them.
「ぼくの知り合いはみんな30歳になってから調子が出てきたって言ってるよ」
"look up"は、「良くなる」という意味。景気が上向いてきたことをあらわすときにも使われます。同じ意味の他の表現では、"get better,""improve," "take a turn for the better,"などがあります。
ex: Ever since I got my new job, things have been looking up.
（新しい仕事が始まってから、すべてが良くなってきている）
I think I'll keep it low key this year.
「ことしは控えめにするつもり。」
"low key"は、「地味、静か」という意味。以前のつかえる英会話のダイアログでも出てきました。覚えてますか？
