April: You look terrible Nick! Are you OK?

Nick: No, I don’t feel so good today. I was up all night last night, sick as a dog.

April: Did you eat something that didn’t agree with you?

Nick: Well, I have a feeling it was that blue cheese that Frank brought us back from France last week. I tried some last night and it made me feel queasy straight away.

April: Oh really? I haven’t touched mine yet. I was plucking up the courage to try it. Maybe I should just throw it away, then.

Nick: That’s probably a good idea. I don’t think I’ve thrown up so much in my entire life! Maybe we should keep mum about all this to Frank.

April: Yeah. We don’t want to hurt his feelings, huh?

I was up all night last night, sick as a dog.

「昨日、吐き気がして、朝まで起きてた」
"sick as a dog"は決まりフレーズで、「吐き出したくなるほど気分が悪い」という意味。犬はなんでもかんでも食べてしまって気分が悪くなる、というのが語源のようです。
ex: I don't know what I ate this morning, but I have been as sick as a dog all day.
（今朝なにを食べたか忘れたけど、一日中すごく気分が悪かった）

Did you eat something that didn't agree with you?

「なにか変な物でも食べたの？」
この場合の"agree with"は、「（食べ物などが）体質に合う」という意味です。「〜の意見に賛成である」という意味もありますね。
ex: White wine doesn't agree with me.
（白ワインは飲めないんだ）

I tried some last night and it made me feel queasy straight away.

「昨日の夜、試しにちょこっと食べてみたとたん、ムカムカしたもん」
"queasy"は「吐き気がする、ムカムカする」という意味の形容詞。"straight away"は「すぐに」。

I was plucking up the courage to try it.

「ガンバって食べようとはしてみたんだけど」
"pluck up courage"で「勇気を出す」という意味。"pluck"は「むしり取る、摘みとる、奪う」といった意味の動詞です
ex: I haven't plucked up the courage to ask him out yet, although we've been getting on like a house on fire recently.
（まだ彼をデートに誘う勇気は出ないけど、さいきんすごく仲がいいの）
