Dave: So, how was Jenny and Martin’s new house? Did it live up to the rumours?
Helen: That and more! You should see the place Dave! It’s huge. They’ve got a swimming pool, tennis courts, a Jacuzzi, the whole works! I was totally blown away!
Dave: The view must be great too. You did say the place was out on Oriental Bay, didn’t you?
Helen: Yeah. It’s right in the middle of the well-to-do district. They have the most amazing views of the city and the ocean out there.
Dave: Martin was talking about buying a new car too.
Helen: Yeah. It arrived while we were there. You’re going to be green with envy when I tell you what it is.
Dave: Don’t tell me he bought that Ferrari he was talking about!
Helen: The very one!
Dave: I wish one of MY relatives would leave us a million dollars in their will. Some people have all the luck!

"live up to"は、熟語で「期待・希望通りになる」などの意味があます。

"blow away"は「〜を吹き飛ばす」という意味で、そのイメージからこのダイアログのように受動態として使われると「感心する、感動する」となります。

「高級住宅街のど真ん中にあるの」
"well-to-do"は「裕福な」という意味の決まり文句。"well-to-do district"だと裕福な人々が住む地区ということで、「高級住宅街」ととらえることができます。
ex: He's engaged to a woman from a well-to-do family.

You're going to be green with envy when I tell you what it is.
「どういう車だったか言ったら、デイブ、羨ましくなるよ」
"green with envy"で、「とても羨ましい、嫉妬して」という決まりフレーズ。"green（緑）"には「経験の浅い、世間知らずの」などというマイナスのイメージがあります。
ex: I was green with envy when I heard that she would be going to New York for a week.
（彼女が1週間ニューヨークに行くと聞いて嫉妬した）
