Fran: Oh, there they go again with that bloody music. Why do they have to play it at such an ear-splitting volume? Do they know what time it is?
Craig: I’ve had it! I’m going to go over there and tell them where to stick their damn stereo!
Fran: I don’t know if that’s such a good idea, honey. Remember the last time you tried that you got a whole bottle of beer poured over you.
Craig: Well, we’ve got to do something! If this keeps up we’re all going to go deaf!
Fran: I agree we’ve got to do something, but maybe this time we should call the police. Their noise control officers will sort those kids out.
Craig: Good idea. Let’s see them try to pour beer over the cops!

"I've had it!"は決まり文句で、「もう我慢できない、もうたくさんだ」という意味。他の言い方として、"I can't stand it!"、"I can't take it anymore"などがあります。

"where to stick their damn stereo"というのは、分かりやすく言い換えると、"what to do with their damn stereo"。ダイアログ執筆者のエレンによると「stick their damn stereo (up their ass)」というニュアンスのようです。日本語に該当する表現はなく、怒りを表す表現のようです。
Their noise control officers will sort those kids out.
「騒音防止担当の警察官が、懲らしめてくれるわよ」
"sort out"は「整理する、〜をまとめる」などの意味があり、"sort 人 out"という形になりと、「〜を懲らしめる、やっつける」となります。おもにイギリス英語で使われる表現です。
ex: We have to come up with a solution to sort the bad guys out.
