Wendy: Excuse me, do you live around here?
Taylor: Yes. Yes, I do.
Wendy: Ok. Well, can you tell me how to get to the Grand Hotel?
Taylor: Oh yeah sure. You just keep going along this street, and turn at the corner with the house. And then…
Wendy: Which way do I turn?
Taylor: What?
Wendy: At the corner, which way do I turn?
Taylor: Oh, left…no no, right.
Wendy: You’re sure?
Taylor: Yeah. Then you go along that street past some trees, and it’s right there.
Wendy: Past some trees? Are there any, you know, landmarks or anything like that?
Taylor: Well, they’re pretty big trees.
Wendy: Okay. And this corner with the house, I assume it will be obvious.
Taylor: Oh yeah. You can’t miss it, it’s a big house. I think it’s green.
Wendy: A big, green house.
Taylor: That’s right.
Wendy: Well, thanks. You’ve been…really…helpful.

「グランド・ホテルにはどう行けばいいのでしょうか？」
道を尋ねる表現として、そのままさっと言えるように覚えておきましょう。"could you tell me the way to the Grand Hotel?"、"could you tell me where the Grand Hotel is?"の形も定番です。
ex: Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Zezame Street?

Are there any, you know, landmarks or anything like that?
「そこには、えっと、目じるしみたいなものはあります？」
「横浜ランドマークタワー」がありますが、"landomark"は「目印、標識」という意味。そこからの連想で、歴史や文化の発展の途中での「重要な事件、象徴」という意味もあります。
ex: I think The Lord of the Rings is one of the landmarks in the world of literature.
（「指輪物語」は文学界で画期的な本のひとつだと思う）
I assume it will be obvious.
「これは行けば一目で分かるんですよね」
"I assume 〜"で、「〜と推測する、当然〜だと思う」。また、"obvious"は「明らかな、一目で分かる」という意味。
ex: I assume all e-mail are about as private as a postcard."
（メールはポストカードとおなじくらい、プライベートなものだと思う）
