Brenda: You wanted to see me, Simon?
S: Yes, Brenda. I understand you still don’t have the report on the Hopkins account finished yet?
Brenda: Yes, I’m sorry about that, but I’ve been having computer problems all week and lost a lot of files.
S: Are you sure your computer problems aren’t more to do with you chatting online to your friends during work time?
Brenda: Er…
S: And playing games that you’ve downloaded off the net?
Brenda: Well, I…
S: We’re not paying you to play, Brenda. The Hopkins account may be a minor account at this stage but that company has the potential to become one of our top customers. I’ve been waiting for your report for two weeks, but you haven’t produced a scrap of paper for me. This is your last chance. Shape up or ship out! Understand?
Brenda: Yes sir.

「得意先のホプキンスさんのレポート、まだ終わってないんだろう？」
"have＋物＋過去分詞"で「物を〜してもらう」。使役の表現です。
使役動詞"have"を用いた表現には、もう一つ"have＋人＋動詞原形"というパターンがあり、こちらは「人に〜させる」で、（主語の人が目的語の人より偉くて）命じてやらせる、という場合に使います。
ex: I have a meeting with the client scheduled for this afternoon.
（午後にクライアントとの会議を予定している）
Are you sure your computer problems aren't more to do with you chatting online to your friends during work time?
「コンピュータのトラブルっていうより、キミ、仕事中に友達とチャットをしているからじゃないのか？」
"(be動詞) to do with 〜"で「〜に関係がある」という意味。ここでは比較級の"more"がついて、「こっちの方が関係あるのではないか？」となっています。
ex: Everything in life has something to do with love.
（生活のあらゆることは愛に関係がある）
And playing games that you've downloaded off the net?
「インターネットからダウンロードしたゲームをしているからとか」
インターネットが世に普及してから生まれたフレーズ、"off the net"。「インターネットから」という意味です。
ex: There are so many ways to get information off the net.
（ネットで情報を得る方法はたくさんある）
Shape up or ship out!
「きちんとしないと辞めてもらうよ！」
これはひとつの決まり表現として覚えておくと便利です。"shape up"は「ちゃんと振舞う、責任のある行動を取る」という意味。"ship out"は「船で送る」という意味から転じて、「辞職される」となります。
ex: They told me to shape up or ship out. So I shipped out.
（「ちゃんとやるか、辞めるかのどっちかだ」といわれたんだ。で、僕は辞めたよ）
