Don: Are you really going to wear that out of the house?
Nicky: You’re horrible! What’s wrong with it? I think it’s really cute!
Don: What’s with all the layers of frills? And why do all the layers have to be different colours? Don’t they sell these things colour coordinated?
Nicky: This look is in at the moment! It’s supposed to be colourful with lots of frills.
Don: If it’s so popular why don’t I see anyone else walking around dressed up like an outcast from the Bolshoi circus? Anyway, how much did that put you back?
Nicky: It’s none of your business!
Don: Come on, you were all ready to tell me a few minutes ago. How much do you have to pay to be at the height of fashion nowadays?
Nicky: $200.
Don: Whoa! I hate to say it, but you’ve turned into a real fashion victim lately!

「そのフリルの多さはなに？」
"what's with〜" は、「〜はどうしたの？」という意味。"what's the matter with..." や "what's the story with..." を短くした口語です。驚きのニュアンスがあります。
ex) What's with her?

This look is in at the moment!
「これって今ナウいのよ！」
"something is in"という形で、「ファッショナブルな、人気のある」という意味です。インフォーマルな表現。
ex: The clamshell design is in right now.

「関係ないでしょっ！」
このまま決まり文句として覚えておきましょう。ちなみに、"business"は通常の「ビジネス」とは微妙にニュアンスが違い、"mind your own business"（「あんたには関係ないだろう！」という意味）という意味合いで使われています。

"at the height of"は熟語で「〜の頂上で、〜の絶頂で」という意味。"height"の基本的な意味が「高さ」なので、そこから連想できます。
