P: I’m good thanks.

S: So, how can I help you?

P: Well, I wanted to ask you about the possibility of upgrading to a
gold card.

S: Alright. Do you have your current credit card with you?

P: Yes. I’ve got it right here.

S: Okay…According to our records, you’ve had this credit card for
four years and currently you have no outstanding debt.

P: Right. I paid it down just the other day.

S: I also see that your car loan has been completely paid off.

P: Yes, I made the final payment about three months ago.

S: And, at the moment, do you have any other debts or credit cards?

P: No.

S: How about assets?

P: Just the car.

“take out a loan" で「貸付金（ローン）を受け取る、ローンを組む」という意味のイディオム。
「免許などを取得する、保険をかける、購読の申込みをする」なども、take outで表現する。
