Claire: Don’t you think it’s a little hot in here? Or is it only me?

Ken: Didn’t you read the bulletin board? The company has taken an earth-friendly policy and raised the AC temperature by 3 degrees.

Claire: In other words, we’re economizing.

Ken: That’s right.

Claire: It’s nice that the company is paying attention to global warming, but at the same time, I don’t want to find myself getting drenching sweaty.

Ken: Oh, Claire, it’s not that bad. You should wear lighter clothing. Look at me…with this T-shirt on, I don’t feel uncomfortable at all.

Claire: But what about when we go to terribly air-conditioned restaurants and places?

Ken: Then you can take a jacket or a stole with you.

Claire: Aren’t you cold in those places with just the T-shirt on?

Ken: No. I’m easy when it comes to things like that.

こういう何気ないフレーズがさらっと出てくるといいですね。この場合のitは「私がそう思ってる／感じていること」を指します。

（会社が地球にやさしい方針にしたから、エアコンの温度を3度上げたんだ。）
エアコン(air-conditioner)のことを日常会話では省略してACということがあります。日本語のようにair-conと言うネイティブを時々見かけますが、このair-conという省略形は東南アジアだけで通用するもののようです。

I don't want to find myself getting drenching sweaty.

（汗だくになっている自分を見るのはいやだ。）
drenchingは「びしょぬれになるぐらいの」という意味で、get a drenchingで「びしょぬれになる」という意味もあります。drenching rainと言えば「ザーザー降りの雨」 drenching sweatsなら「ひどい汗」となります。

I'm easy when it comes to things like that.

（こういうことになると僕は扱いやすいんだ。）
when it comes to…は「…のことになると」。easyはこういう場合には「扱いやすい」という意味。次のような言い回しもよく聞きますね。
Ex) I'm easy to please.
　（私は喜ばせやすい人間だ→私はなんでもすぐ喜んじゃうんだ。）

C: 別の言い方をすると、節約してるってわけね。

K: その通り。

C: 社が地球温暖化に注意を向けてるのはいいことだけど、でも汗だくになっている自分を見るのもいやだわ。

K: クレア、そこまではひどくないよ。もっと薄着した方がいいよ。僕を見ろよ…このTシャツを着てると全然不快じゃないよ。

C: でもすごいエアコンのきいたレストランみたいな場所に行ったらどうするわけ?

K: それならジャケットかストールを持って行けばいい。

C: あなたはTシャツだけでそういう場所で寒くないの?

K: いや。こういうことになると僕は扱いやすいんだよ。
