Ken: My sister’s birthday is coming up…what do you think she would like?
Claire: How old is your sister going to be?
Ken: She’ll be turning 40 next month.
Claire: Forty…hum…unfortunately, I don’t belong to that age bracket yet, so to be honest, I don’t know.
Ken: I know you’re much younger than her…but it’s her round-figure birthday, so I’ve got to choose something special. Not just flowers or champagne. Please, Claire, I’ve been thinking about it this entire year, and I need help from somebody like you.
Claire: Why me?
Ken: Because you know what women want…you helped me when I was stuck with my girlfriend’s problem, and you remember when my mother came to the city? Your advice was really effective. You display your terrific sense and taste when it comes to things like that.
Claire: Oh, I think I like you, Ken. But wait a minute. Do I show my great taste and sense only when it comes to things like…sorting out your female-related problems?

（私はその年齢層には属してないからね。）
age bracketは「年齢層」という意味。そもそもbracketには「区分」という意味があります。以下の例のような使い方をよくします。
Ex) annual income brackets of 10 million yen
（年収1千万円の所得層）
It's her round-figure birthday.
（今回は彼女の40というキリのいい誕生日だから。）
round figureとは「概数」あるいは「キリのいい数字」のこと。今回は、40や50など、キリのいい、一桁の数字がゼロ、という意味で使っています。
You helped me when I was stuck with my girlfriend's problem.
（彼女のことでもめてた時も助けてくれたし。）
be stuck withは「〜で行き詰まっている」という意味。I'm stuck!とだけ言えば「困った！」という意味になります。be stuck withは他にも「（好ましくない人に）つかまる」という意味もあります。
Ex) I was stuck with a drunken woman at the party.
（パーティーでは酔っぱらった女性につかまってしまった。）

（君はこういうことになるとすばらしいセンスとテイストを発揮するんだ。）
when it comes to…は「…ということになると」。この場合のdisplayは「（振る舞いなどを）見せる」という意味です。

（あなたっていい人だったのね。）
直訳はもちろん「私はあなたのことが好きかもしれない」ですが、今回のように、すでにある程度知っている人にほめられたあり、その人の意外な一面を見たりしたときに「いい人なのね、実は」といった意味合いで使います。冗談めかして言うことが多いですね。もちろん、恋愛に発展しそうな場面でI think I like you.と言えば文字通り「あなたのことを好きな気がする」となります。
