Ken: Have you seen Claire?
Jane: No, not yet…(Claire appears) oh, talk of the devil.
Ken: Oh, hi Claire. You look pale…are you OK?
Claire: Yeah, I’m fine…it’s just this stupid driver I just saw…by the way, do you drive, Ken?
Ken: Yeah…um, do you?
Claire: Well, yeah…I’m a Sunday driver, though. Well, just a minute ago, when I was walking on the pedestrian crossing right in front of the office, this car came and nearly hit me. The light was still green, so I naturally presumed it was safe, but…
Ken: I’m glad you’re OK. Yeah, there are inattentive drivers.
Claire: I don’t think this driver was inattentive. It was even worse…he seemed malicious. It looked like he was ignoring me on purpose!
Ken: Wasn’t he drunk?
Claire: Drunk? This early in the morning? No chance. I don’t think it was a case of drunken driving. He looked completely sober. Because the car nearly killed me, I glared at him, but he glared straight back at me! What a nerve!

Talk of the devil.
（噂をすれば、だわ。）
「噂をすれば影」という意味のことわざ。Talkの代わりにSpeakを使うこともあります。Talk of the devil and he/she appears.という長めのバージョンもあります。
I'm a Sunday driver, though.
（ペーパードライバーだけど。）
「ペーパードライバー」は和製英語です。英語では、「普段はしないけれど（休みの時など）たまにその作業をする」ことをSunday…と言います。「日曜大工」(Sunday carpenter)などがそうですね。
I naturally presumed it was safe, but…
（当然大丈夫だと思ってたのに…）
presumeは「推測する」という意味ですが、thinkやguessをもうちょっと高尚な感じで言いたい時に使えます。ちょっと「大人」な感じの響きなります。
It looked like he was ignoring me on purpose!
（私のことをわざと無視してたっていう風だったもの！）
on purposeは「わざと、故意に」ということ。日常会話で主に使う表現ですので、もう少し固い感じにしたければdeliberatelyがオススメ。It looked like…というのも会話独特の表現です。こちらも固くするのであれば、He seemed to be ignoring…となります。

他にもImpossible!という言い方もありますね。

（飲酒運転じゃなかったと思う。）
ここしばらく世間を騒がせている「飲酒運転」。色々言い方はありますが、いちばんポピュラーなのがdrunken drivingです。

（なんて神経してるのかしら！）
「なんてあつかましい、なんて図々しい」という意味です。

C: その運転手は注意散漫ってことじゃなかったと思うのよ。注意散漫よりもひどいのよ…悪意があった感じ。私のことをわざと無視してたっていう風だったもの!
K: 酔っぱらってたんじゃなかったのかい?
C: 酔っぱらう?こんな朝っぱらから?あり得ないわ。飲酒運転じゃなかったと思う。まったくのシラフって感じだったもの。ひかれそうになったから睨みつけてやったのよ、そしたら睨み返してきたのよ!なんて神経してるのかしら!
