鼻水がとまらない、声がかすれる…を英語で言うと?
他に「病院に行く」「かかりつけ医」「薬を飲む」「十分な睡眠をとる」「熱がある」など、できれば使いたくないけど風邪の季節に使えるかも!?のフレーズたちをご紹介。

Claire and her colleague Ken are talking at the office.
Ken: Claire! You look pale. Are you all right?
Claire: I don’t think so…I have a runny nose and a nasty cough (coughs)…I’m losing my voice!
Ken: You shouldn’t have come in if you’re feeling unwell. Did you go to see the doctor?
Claire: I’m planning to…but my primary care physician isn’t available today.
Ken: Then you should go home and have a good sleep. Do you have a temperature? Are you taking any medication?
Claire: Don’t…don’t bombard me with questions! (Coughs) Have you tried the clinic just around the corner?
Ken: Oh, you mean the huge glass office? Not myself, but I think Jane goes there.
Claire: I’ll ask her if it’s any good, then.
Ken: Claire, I can ask her…you’d better save your voice.

そのまま使える便利なフレーズを覚えましょう。
I have a runny nose and a nasty cough (coughs)…I'm losing my voice!
（鼻水は出るしひどい咳だし（咳をする）…声がかすれちゃって！）
running noseという場合もあるようですが、普通はrunnyを使います。「咳がでる」は会話文のように普通a coughと単数形を使います。
Did you go to see the doctor?
（医者にはみてもらった？）
風邪のような病気の場合、日本語では「病院に行く」とも言いますが、英語ではgo to the hospitalとは言いません。hospitalは手術や入院を要するような病気の場合に行くところなのです。ですから、風邪などの場合にはsee the doctor/go to the clinicでOK。
My primary care physician isn't available today.
（私のかかりつけのお医者さんが今日は休みなのよ。）
「かかりつけ医」はprimary care physician/doctorと言います。
Don't…don't bombard me with questions!
（ちょっと…ちょっと質問攻めにしないでよ！）
bombard 人 with questionsで「誰々を質問攻めにする」。
Oh, you mean the huge glass office?
（ああ、あの大きなガラス張りの？）
「ガラス張りのオフィス」と言う場合にはglassed-in officeとも言えますがglass officeの方がよく使われるようです。
I'll ask her if it's any good, then.
（じゃあいいのかどうか彼女に聞いてみるわ。）
be any goodは「役に立つ」という意味。
Ex) Are those pills any good?
（そのピルって効くの？）
