Again we have a conversation between Jim and Tina, who you will remember was the friend who consoled Jim in the first dialogue of the series. Here, Tina stops by Jim's office to congratulate him on his recent success. The expression, "pull a 180" means to completely turn something around. The image is one of directional degrees. If someone turns 180 degrees, they are facing the complete opposite direction. In this case Jim has gone from bad luck to good luck, a complete opposite. Therefore he has turned his fortune around 180 degrees. Notice how Jim plays down his recent success and does not brag about the fact that he is now doing well. He does not want to appear over-confident because he is aware that he didn't get to the position he's in by honest means. Also, the expression "talk to ya" is a type of business slang that basically means "see you later." However, it is generally used among co-workers or colleagues. It is not something you would say to the boss.
