Isn't it incredibly light on hand?

（手にとても軽く感じますでしょう？）
light/heavy on handで「手にもって軽く／重く感じる」という意味。Incrediblyのもともとの意味は「信じられないほど」ですが、会話ではよく「すごく」という意味で使います。
Ex) It's incredibly hot today.
　（今日はすごく暑いな。）

Do you happen to have larger bags in this kind of material?

（この素材でもっと大きいかばんはあるんでしょうか？）
happen to…は「もしかしたら…である」「ひょっとして…」という意味です。
Ex) Do you happen to know Mr. Ortiz?
　（もしかしてオーティーズさんをご存知ですか？）

How much larger are you thinking of?

（どれくらい［より］大きなものをお考えですか？）
how much+比較級、というのは、自分で言うとなるとなかなかtrickyですよね。以下の例文で感覚をマスターしてください。
Ex) How much longer should we wait?
　（あとどのくらい待たなくちゃいけないの？）
　　How much cheaper is this one?
　（これはどれくらい安いの？）
　　How much better would the new computer be?
　（新しいコンピューターは［今のより］どれくらい性能がいいの？）

Big enough to survive a three-day business trip.

（3日ぐらいの出張にたえるような大きさのものを。）
この文の最初にはもちろん、I'm thinking of bagsが省略されています。three-day tripはthree-days tripとならないことに注意。surviveは「なんとかやっていける」「生き延びる」という意味ですね。こちらも実際に文を読んで感覚を覚えてください。
Ex) How are you doing?---I'm surviving all right.
　（元気？---なんとかやってますよ。）
　　We survived a crisis together.
　（私たちは一緒に危機を乗り切った。）
　　I used to go to a very strict school. I don't know how I survived there.
　（昔はすごく厳しい学校に行っていたんだ。どうやって毎日やってたんだか、今じゃわからないよ。）

The price during the campaign will be 10 percent off the tag.

（キャンペーン中はお値段が値札の10パーセントオフになります。）
「○○パーセントの値下げ」は色々な言い方ができますが、… percent off the tagの他にも…percent off/reduced by…percent/get a …percent discountなどがあります。
Ex) This is 50 percent off!
　（これ、半額よ！）
　　This is reduced by 20 percent.
　（これは20パーセント値下げになっている。）
　　You get a 30 percent discount if you buy now.
　（今買ったら30パーセント引きです。）
