Cassie: Good morning, sir.

W: Good morning. You’re new here, aren’t you?

Cassie: I’ve been here for about a month now.

W: I’m William Pike. And you are?

Cassie: Cassie Tracy.

W: Cassie… That’s a lovely name. So, what do you say to a couple
of drinks after work today?

Cassie: Oh, thanks for the invitation William, but I’ve got other plans.

W: Other plans? What, are you seeing someone at the moment?

Cassie: Well no, but…

W: Then what’s the problem? I’ll show you the time of your life.

Cassie: Look, I’m sorry, but as I said, I’m not free tonight.

W: Well then, we’ll make it tomorrow. How does 6 o’clock sound?

Cassie: Er, listen, I’m sorry William, but I’m really not interested.

W: Oh I see. You’re playing hard to get, aren’t you? Well, you
can’t fool me. I’ll be waiting for you here tomorrow at six.
Be ready to have a good time.

Cassie: What? Look, I said…

Malcolm: She’s got a prior engagement with me tomorrow night, Bill, so lay
off her, OK?

Cassie: Malcolm!

W: Oh, it’s you, Reid.

Malcolm: Yeah. Sorry to spoil your fun, but she said she’s not
interested. Now, unless you want me to spell it out for you,
I’d leave the poor lady alone.

W: Screw you, Reid. (He walks off)

Cassie: Phew, thanks Malcolm. He was starting to freak me out.

Malcolm: Yeah, you’ve gotta be careful of Pike. He’s always pestering
pretty girls. He likes to think of himself as a lady-killer, but
in reality he’s a just menace. One of the girls I work with was
unfortunate enough to be coerced into a date with him, and she
said she had to fight him off the whole evening.

Cassie: Wow. Now I’m really glad you stepped in.

Malcolm: Hey, any time!

Explanations

So, what do you say to a couple of drinks after work today?

“What do you say to 〜?”
また、“What do you say?”
Ex: What do you say to lunch tomorrow?

What, are you seeing someone at the moment?

その他には、“go out with”, “go steady with”, “date”,
“be involved with”などの言い方もある。
Ex: I'm seeing Beck.

I'll show you the time of your life.

“time of one's life”は「今までにないほどの楽しいひと時、一生に
“have the time of one's life”
Ex: I had the time of my life.

You're playing hard to get, aren't you?

Ex: If you want to get your hooks into him, play hard to get.

Now, unless you want me to spell it out for you, I'd leave the poor lady alone.

“spell it out for you”は「あなたにはっきりと説明する・言う」
Ex: Do you want me to spell it out for you?

He was starting to freak me out.

Ex: I'm freaking out.

Yeah, you've gotta be careful of Pike.

“have got to”の時に用いられ、
“have got to 〜”は「〜しなければ
Ex: Oh, I've gotta go.

She's got a prior engagement with me tomorrow night, Bill, so lay off her, OK?

Ex: Lay off!
