Christine: What’s your favorite food?
Linda: I really like fruit – cherries and blackberries are the best! But pizza comes a close second; and on hot days you can’t beat ice-cream! How about you?
Christine: My favorite’s ramen, no doubts about it. On cold days, ice-cream’s good, though I prefer sorbet personally. What’s your least favorite food?
Linda: I can’t stand celery for some reason! I don’t like peas either.
Christine: Yeah – I don’t like celery either – I know what you mean. But at the absolute bottom for me is swee tcorn – I just think it’s awful!

この場合の"beat"は口語で「（〜に）まさる」という意味になります。
ex) Nothing can beat yachting as a sport.

「それについてはなんの疑いもない、間違いなくそうだ」というニュアンスのある表現です。
ex) No doubt he will succeed.
（きっと彼は成功するだろう）

I can't stand
"stand"は「立つ、立っている」という意味だが、この場合は「我慢する、耐える」という意味になります。同じ意味の表現として"put up with"、"tolerate"、"bear"などがあります。
ex) I can't stand this noise any longer.
（もうこの音には我慢できない）
She can't stand cold.
（彼女は寒さに耐えられない）
I know what you mean.
相手の立場や意見に同意または同情したりする時に使われる表現です。
But at the absolute bottom for me is sweet corn
"bottom"は「底、最下の」という意味です。
ex) He was at the bottom of the class.
