Jim: What do you think you’ll do when you leave school?

Megan: Oh I don’t know now. When I was a kid, I wanted to be a nurse.

Jim: Really? When I was young I always wanted to be an artist, but I later realized I was no good at drawing!

Megan: Do you worry about the future?

Jim: Hmm, not really. I don’t think I have to know now exactly what I want to do in 10 years.

Megan: Yeah, I guess as long as you’re happy now, and have a plan for the next year, it’s ok.

Jim: I’d agree with that! Well, I think we’ll both be OK.

ここでの"when（〜とき）"は時の副詞節を導く接続詞です。その他、時の副詞節を導く接続詞としては"whenever"、"while"、"before"、"after"などがあります。
ex) Let me know when you are ready.

I was no good at drawing.

"good at (in) +名詞"で「〜するのが得意」。"bad (not good, no good) at 〜"で「〜するのが苦手」となります。
ex) I am so bad at cooking!
(私は料理がとっても苦手！）
He was good at mathematics when he was in a high school.
(高校の頃彼は数学が得意だった。）

I don't think I have to know now exactly what I want to do in 10 years.

"I think ..."や"I don't think ..."は自分の意見を言うときによく使われます。
ex) I think he is very cute!
(彼はすごくかっこいい！）
I don't think it will rain this afternoon.
(午後は雨は降らないよ）

I guess as long as you're happy now, and have a plan for the next year, it's ok.

"as long as"は「〜でさえあれば」という意味です。"so long as"でも同じ意味となります。

ex) I will love you as long as you live
(生きている限り愛してるよ）
As long as it snows, we can go skiing.
(雪が降るならスキーに行けるね）

I'd agree with that!

"agree"は「賛成、同意する」の意味。ここでは "I'd (I would)" が使われているますが、単に"I agree with that!" または "I agree with you" としてよく使われます。

ex) A: Don't you guys agree with me?
B: Of course, I agree with you!
（A: 賛成してくれないの？）
（B: もちろん賛成するよ！）
