何かを選択したり、探している人に対して、何を求めているのか問いかける場合に用いられるフレーズです。レストランやお土産屋でよく尋ねられますね。

多くの選択肢がある中から選ぶものを指す場合に"most of all"が使われます。
ex) For Christmas I'd like an MD player most of all.
（クリスマスにはMDプレーヤーが一番ほしい）

Here we have some things that might interest you.

"might"は"may"の過去形ですが、この場合は現在の推測で使われます。
ex) There's a TV program that might interest you tonight.
（あなたが好きそうなテレビ番組があるよ）
A: Could you tell me how to get to the station?
B: I might be able to. It depends which station you want to go to.
（A: 駅までの行き方を教えていただけませんか？）
（B: 教えることはできるかもしれませんが、どちらの駅に行かれるのでしょう）

I think I'll take three of these and a couple of calendars then.

英語では、何かを選択して所有する時に、その意志を表現する一つの方法として"I think"をよく使います。よく耳にするのは、レストランで自分の選んだメニューをオーダーする時などです。
ex) I think I'll take all of them.
（全部戴きます・買います）

I think they make perfect souvenirs!

この場合の"make"は「作る」という意味ではなく、「なる」という意味で使います。
ex) I think they make a great couple.
（きっといいカップルになると思うよ）
