It's as pretty as a picture.

「まるで絵のようだ」
"as pretty as a picture"は、「まるで絵のようにキレイだ」という意味。単語ひとつで言い換えると、"It's stunning!" "It's magnificent" "It's picturesque!" "It's scenic" としてもほぼ同じ気持ちを言い表します。
ex: She's as pretty as a picture.
（彼女はとても可愛い）

I'm so glad I splashed out and bought this new camera.

「高いお金を出してこの新しいカメラを買って良かったな」
"splash out"は、「お金をいっぱい使う」という意味。
ex: I just got my bonus so I'm going to splash out on some new clothes.
（ボーナスをもらったばかりだから思い切って新しい服を買おう）

「じゃ、この湖の写真をたくさん取ってください」
"heaps of〜"は、「たくさん」という意味。"plenty of," "loads of," "lots of," "tons of" と言いかえることができます。
ex: I got heaps of presents for Christmas.
（クリスマスにプレゼントをたくさんもらった）

I want plenty to show off to the girls about when we get home!

「帰ったら友だちにいっぱい自慢したいよ」
"show off"は、「自慢する、見せびらかす」という意味。"boast," "brag" という言い方もあります。
ex: She loves to show off her expensive jewellery.
（彼女は高い宝石と自慢するのが大好きだ）

「写真をとっていただけませんか？」
"Could you take our photo (picture)?"と言うこともできます。
ちなみに、"Would you mind 〜（〜するのは気になりますか？）"は答え方として、写真をとりたくない場合は、"Yes, I do. （はい、気になります → とりたくありません）"、とってもＯＫの場合は、"No,I don't"（いいえ、気になりません →とりますよ）となります。
