Sally is telling Ted about an article in the magazine she is reading.
Sally: Hey, look at this! Another millionaire in his seventies robbing the cradle.
Ted: Oh? Who is it this time?
Sally: Some oil magnate in Texas. He’s tied the knot with some ditzy blonde less than half his age.
Ted: Whoa, she’s a babe! What is she, a playboy model or something?
Sally: Yeah. Another bimbo marrying an old geezer for his money. And what’s more, they’re expecting the patter of little feet! A boy, apparently, due next month.
Ted: She’s preggers? It can’t possibly be his, can it?
Sally: Well, she’s assuring everyone it is.
Ted: A seventy year old dad! How’s that going to work? He’s not going to get up in the middle of the night to change the baby’s nappy, is he?
Sally: No, I guess not.
Ted: And when the poor blighter turns 21, his pop is going to be in his nineties!
Sally: Poor kid!

"rob the cradle"は、直訳すると「揺りかごを襲う」という意味。そのイメージから、「年上の人が自分よりかなり年下の人と恋人になる（結婚する）」という意味になります。男女ともにつかえる表現ですが、あまりいいニュアンスではないようです。

「「自分より半分も年下の愚かな金髪女と結婚したって」」
"tie the knot"は、「2本の糸を結ぶ」ということから、「結婚する」という意味になります。同じ意味の表現として"get married," "get hitched," "wed" などがあります。
ex: She's tying the knot next week.

「「ワオー、 美人だね！」」
"babe"は、「美人、セクシーな女性、カッコイイ男」という意味。男性が女性に対して使うことが多いです。
ex: My friend's sister is a babe.
（友だちの妹はとってもカワイイよ）

「「しかも、妊娠しているんですって！」」
"expecting the patter of little feet"は、「お産が近い」という意味。同じ表現として、"expecting" "pregnant," "in the family way," "having a baby" という言い方もあります。

「「妊娠？」」
"preggers"は "pregnant（妊娠している）" の略。"preg"、"preggy"とも略せますが、ふつうは使わないほうが良いでしょう。
