Bill and Hillary are a married couple out for dinner at a restaurant. When Bill has a problem with his meal, Hillary objects to what he does.

Bill: Waiter.
Waiter: Yes, sir. Is everything alright with your meal?
Bill: Well, actually, my chicken is a little undercooked. Could you ask the chef to cook it a little more, please?
Waiter: Of course, sir. I’m terribly sorry. Right away.
(Waiter leaves with Jack’s meal)
Hillary: Are you nuts?!
Bill: What?!
Hillary: You know what they do when you do that, right?
Bill: What are you talking about?
Hillary: They spit in your food…or worse, you know?
Bill: That’s ridiculous. I asked him politely. It’s not like I said, “This food is terrible,” or something like that.
Hillary: That’s not the point. You just don’t send food back at a restaurant.
Bill: We’ll see.
Hillary: Yeah, we’ll see alright. Don’t say I didn’t warn you when your food comes back with extra ingredients compliments of the house.
Bill: Whatever.

「お料理はいかがですか？」
"Is everything alright with 〜"は直訳すると「〜はすべてうまく行ってますか？」仕事や家族などの調子を尋ねる表現として使われます。レストランなどでは、お店の人が、この表現で話し掛けてきます。不満がなければ、"Very good."、"Great."などと答えればよいでしょう。
ex: "Is everything alright with your meal?"
"Yes, excellent. Thank you. Well...could we have the check, please? "
（お料理はいかがですか？）
（ええ、美味しかったです。ありがとう。じゃあ、…勘定してもらえますか？）
Are you nuts?!
「あなた正気？！」
この"nuts"は「気が狂う、頭がおかしくなる」と言う意味で、とてもよく使われるスラングです。
" Are you nuts?!"は、相手の言動に対して、あきれた、信じられない、という気持ちを表します。
It's not like I said,
「「この料理サイテー」とか何とか言ったわけじゃない」
"or something like that"は「〜とかなんとか、〜みたいなカンジ」という意味です。断定を避けて、あいまいにぼかすときに使う表現です。
ex: "You're reading "How to run a bbs"! Do you have a home page or something like that?"
（「電子掲示板の運営法」なんて読んでんだ！ホームページか何か持ってんの？）
Don't say I didn't warn you when your food comes back with extra ingredients compliments of the house.
「料理に余計なおまけが付いて戻ってきても、私が警告しなかったなんて言わないでよ」
"extra"は「余分な、おまけの、追加の」という意味。"compliments"は「感謝の気持ち、贈呈品」という意味で、"compliments of the house"は「店のおごり、無料サービス」のことです。
Whatever.
「はいはい」
"whatever"は状況によってさまざまな意味あいで使われます。ここでは「何とでも。どうでもいいよ。」と、うんざりして、なげやりな気持ちを表現しています。
