Millie: Rob, are you insane? What’s with the jacket? It’s 30 degrees outside.
Rob: I’m just a little cold.
Millie: A little cold? Come here for a second. (feels his head) Rob, you’re burning up. You must have a chill from the fever.
Rob: Well, I do feel kind of sick.
Millie: I’ll take you to the doctor right now.
Rob: But I have to work.
Millie: Not today you don’t. Not in that kind of shape.

「ジャケットなんか着てどうしたのよ」
"what's with〜" は、「〜はどうしたの？」という意味。"what's the matter with..." や "what's the story with..." を短くした口語です。驚きのニュアンスがあります。

「熱のせいで寒気があるんだわ」
この場合の"must"は「〜にちがいない」。
ex: He must be a career minded guy
