Clerk: Good evening sir, may I help you?
Steve: Yes, I’d like to check in, please.
Clerk: Certainly sir. Do you have a reservation?
Steve: Yes, the name is Johnson.
Clerk: That’s a single room for two nights, Mr. Johnson?
Steve: Yes.
Clerk: Could you please fill out this registration form and sign it. How will you be paying?
Steve: In cash.
Clerk: Certainly. Here is your key and your breakfast coupon Mr. Johnson. You’re staying in Room 802 on the eighth floor. This breakfast coupon can be used in the Rose House, which is the restaurant on the far side of the lobby, between 6 and 10am.
Steve: Thank you.
Clerk: Have a pleasant stay.

Certainly sir.
「かしこまりました」
"certainly"は、「確かに、確実に」という意味ですが、このように目上に人にたいして「かしこまりました」という意味で使われることがあります。"sure"も同じ意味ですが、どちらかというと同等の相手に対して使われます。
ex: "Can I have a clock please?"
"Certainly."
「掛け時計が欲しいんですが」
「かしこまりました」

「こちらの登録用紙にご記入いただいて、サインをお書きください」
"fill out"は「（書類などに必要な事項を）記入する」。
ex: Please fill out the form below and hit "submit form" at the bottom of the page.

「お支払いはどのように？」
支払いの方法を聞く決まり文句。ちなみに、クレジットカードは "charge card"、"plastic money"、"plastic"などと言うことができます。
ex: "How will you be paying, cash or charge?"

（お支払いは現金になさいますか、それともカードになさいますか）

"far side"は、「裏側、反対側」という意味。「反対側」という意味では、"counter side"も使われます。
ex: We parked our cars on the far side of the bridge
