Greg: You all packed, Vicky?
Vicky: Yeah, pretty much. I just have a few things to take care of, and then I’ll be ready to go.
Greg: You sure have a lot of stuff. What’s all this? Did you go grocery shopping or something?
Vicky: No…I just picked up a few things just in case.
Greg: Just in case of what? Famine?
Vicky: No, smart-ass. Look, you know how particular I am about what I eat. I just wanted to make sure I had a few essentials. I don’t know what the food’s going to be like there.
Greg: Vicky, it’s Italy. I think it’s safe to assume the food’s good. For crying out loud, you have pasta here!
Vicky: It’s my favourite brand.
Greg: Okay. Look, you’re going to choose four items from these bags. The ones you think are most essential, and the rest goes in the fridge. This is ridiculous. They’re never going to let you on the plane.
Vicky: Fine. But if we get there and I can’t eat anything, it’ll be your fault.

"(just) in case 〜"で「〜の場合に備えて」。うしろに名詞をつけるときは"(just) in case of 〜"の形で、「〜の場合は、もし〜なら」といった意味になります。
ex: He's been stashing food in case of a disaster.

"smart-ass"は、直訳すると「賢いバカ」。「しったかぶりする人、生意気な人」などの意味があります。

「あたしって、食べ物に関してはうるさいじゃない」
"Someone is particular (about ...)"の形で、「〜に関して選り好みする」。「〜に対してとても注意深く選び、簡単には満足しない」というニュアンスです。
ex: I was very particular about the type of person I would consider for marriage.

"for crying out loud"は、怒りを表現したり、質問や要求を強調する意味合いがあります。「頼むからさ、いやはや」などと訳せます。
