Keiko: Hey Tom! Guess what?!
Tom: What?! The smile on your face must mean good news!
Keiko: You bet! I got the job interview I wanted! I’m over the moon.
Tom: Excellent! For the design company, right?
Keiko: That’s the one. I’m so chuffed. Even if I don’t get the job, it’s inspiring that these kind of companies are interested in people like me.
Tom: Yeah, it really is good news.
Keiko: And I’m sure I’ll meet other people at the interview who have applied to similar companies. I’ll be able to gossip with them and hopefully pick up some information.
Tom: Gee, you really do have it all worked out don’t you!

「なにがあったと思う？」
すごい知らせを相手に伝えるときに、聞き手の期待感を煽る目的で使うフレーズです。意外性がある場合に多く使われます。
You bet!
「当ったり！」
相手の発言に対して同意をするときにつかうフレーズです。同じ意味の表現として"You said it!"、"You can say that again."、"Tell me about it"などがあります。
ex) A: The traffic in Tokyo is terrible!
B: You bet!
A: 東京の交通渋滞はひどいね
B: まったくだよ
I'm over the moon.
「超嬉しい！」
"over the moon"は、「とても喜ぶ」という意味。他の言い方として、"delighted," "thrilled," "overjoyed," "thrilled to bits" などがあります。
ex: She was over the moon when she got a pay rise.
（給料がアップしたので、彼女はとても嬉しかった）
Gee, you really do have it all worked out don't you!
「へえー、もうちゃんと考えてるんじゃん！」
"have something all worked out"の形で、「(somethingについて)じっくり考えていて、それに対してすることや望むことが分かっている」というニュアンスの表現です。
