Mark: Hi Jenny, are you still up for next Saturday’s get-together?
Jenny: Yeah. What’s the latest?
Mark: We’re meeting at 6 outside Harold’s Fish and Chip shop. Then, once we’re all together, we’ll go to The Skylight.
Jenny: Ok. Actually, can I meet you guys at The Skylight?
Mark: Well, The Skylight’s a pretty big and noisy place, and once you’re inside it’s pretty difficult to find people sometimes. That’s why we’ve arranged to meet earlier and not at The Skylight. Can you make 6?
Jenny: Well, I may be able to, but it might be a little tight. Hmm … if I take some clothes to work and change there when I’ve finished, I should be able to make it actually.
Mark: Good idea. So, I’ll see you on Saturday at 6 then.

「土曜日の集まりは大丈夫そう？」
"up for〜"で、「〜したい、〜に乗り気で」。
"get-together"は名詞で「集まり、パーティー」という意味。動詞"get togeher"としても「集まる、集合する」という意味で使われます。また、"get together"には「〜をまとめる」という意味があり、"get act together"で「行動をまとめる」、すなわち「しっかりする」という意味にもなります。
ex: He wanted to plan a get-together for Friday night.
（彼は金曜の夜に集まる計画をたてたかった）
What's the latest?
「どうなった？」
最新の情報を聞くインフォーマルな表現です。この場合の"latest"は名詞で、「最新のもの、最新のニュース」という意味。「〜はどうなった？」という場合は"what's the latest with..."という形になります。
ex: You have been playing the guitar, what's the latest with that?
（ずっとギターをひいてましたよね。そちらはどうなりました？）
Can you make 6?
「6時に間に合う？」
この場合の"make"は、「間に合う」という意味。ダイアログの後ろのほうに出てくる"I should be able to make it actually"の"make"も同じ意味で使われています。

"tight"は「（状況などが）厳しい、スケジュールが詰まって」という意味。
