SM: Can I help you with something?

R: Yes, I was looking at this bed here. The Tempur-pedic bed. Is it
good for people with back problems?

SM: Oh, yes. This is probably one of the best mattresses for that.
Do you want to give it a try?

R: Can I?

SM: Go ahead.

R: Oh my. That is comfortable.

SM: This mattress is designed to mould to the shape of your body for
maximum support and comfort. It also helps to strain and muscle
ache that can be caused by other more traditional mattresses.

R: I like this a lot. I put my back out recently and since then I’ve
had a lot of trouble sleeping. My chiropractor recommended that I
go and have a look at the Tempurpedic bed.

SM: Well, I can’t say enough good things about.

R: I guess. I’ll take it.

SM: Sure. Just come with me and we’ll sort out the paper work.

“give it a try"は、「試しにやってみる、挑戦してみる」という意味のイディオムになります。"Let's give it a try" 「物は試しだ。」はよく使います。
“try"の代わりに、bash、burl、college effort、fly、go、tumbleで表現することもできます。

“have trouble sleeping" は「なかなか眠ることが出来ない」という意味になります。"trouble 〜ing" を使っていろいろな表現をすることができます。"have trouble concentrating" 「集中できない」、 “have trouble contacting"「連絡がとれない」、"have trouble communicating"「コミュニケーションができない」、"have trouble finding"「〜を見つけるのに苦労する」、"have trouble following"「分かりにくい」、"have trouble hearing" 「よく聞こえない」などがあります。
Ex. I've had trouble finding good staff.
（いい人材を見つかるのに苦労していた。）

Well, I can't say enough good things about it.

「そうですね、どんなに良いか言葉では語り尽くせないですね。」
“cannot do enough 〜" は、「いくら〜しても〜しすぎることはない」という意味で、ここでの “I can't say enough about〜" は、「〜についてはほめ言葉がみつからないほど素晴らしい」という意味を含む表現になります。
Ex. I can't stress enough how important this is.
（これはいくら重要だと強調してもし過ぎということはない。）
