Ben is in a celebratory mood. He is talking to his friend Samantha.

B: Ben
S: Samantha

B: Hey, Sam! Guess what? My boss has just told us that the company
is sending us on a holiday to Hawaii next month!

S: Hawaii?! That’s awesome! What did you do to deserve that?

B: Well, our group has been doing really well over the past year,
and they announced last week that we had the best half yearly
sales figures in the whole company. We’ve doubled the sales
in our division alone.

S: Wow, it sounds like you guys have been working really hard.

B: You can say that again! I don’t think a week’s gone by where
I haven’t spent at least one day working into the wee hours.

S: Well then it sounds like you deserve a pat on the back. So,
how long will you be in Hawaii for?

B: Ten glorious days! We’ll be staying at a luxury hotel on
Waikiki Beach all expenses paid!

S: Well, make the most of it. You deserve it!

Ex. He got a pack on the back from his boss for all his hard work.
(彼は、一生懸命働いたので上司に褒められた。)

Well, make the most of it.

(満喫してきてね。)
“make the most of 〜" で「〜を大切にする、〜を最大限に利用する・
活用する」という意味。いいことを無駄にしないことを表したい時によく使う表現。
