I guess that's the price you have to pay for all the fun you had last night.

「昨晩楽しんだことすべての代償だと思うわ」
"price"は価格という意味ですが、そこから転じて「代償、犠牲」という意味にもなります。"pay a price for"で「〜の代償を払う」となります。"the sacrifice you have to make" という言いかえることもできますね。
ex: The price you had to pay for not studying was failing the exam.
（勉強をしなかったから不合格の罰が当たったのよ）

You were the life of the party!

「あなた、とっても面白かったわ」
"the life of 〜"は「（集まりの）中心になる面白い人」ということ。"life and soul of 〜"とすることもできます 。
ex: She was the life of the ball.
（彼女は舞踏会の注目の的だった）

I can recall downing a few drinks with Jake.

「ジェークとちょっと飲んでことは覚えているよ」
"down a drink(or food)"は「飲み物（食べ物）を口にする」ということ。ふつうは書き言葉で使われます。
ex: I downed a few beers before asking her on a date.
（彼女をデートに誘う前にビールを何杯か飲んだ）

Oh no, did I make a fool of myself?

「オレ、バカなことをしたの？」
"make a fool of oneself"は、「（周りから見て）バカだと思われるような行動をとる」という意味。"make a fool of someone(him, her etc...)"だと「〜をバカにする」となります。
